First Floor

The First Floor seats up to 60 people, which includes the bar area. It’s rustic charm is evident in all the details, such as the fireplace that served as a secrete passageway for the Underground Railroad system during the Civil War. The First Floor is fully handicapped accessible. To rent the first floor for dinner, we require a food and beverage minimum of $1,800* per hour on weeknights* and $2,000 per hour on weekend evenings (Thursday-Saturday). It is available for lunch for a food and beverage minimum of $1200 per hour.

*All prices are including tax and excluding a 20% gratuity charge.

*Any week night with a major event happening downtown is subject to the weekend evening price and will be quoted as such. This is for every floor.

ROOFTOP Patio

The rooftop at Pub5, located on the third floor of the restaurant, is one of the most sought after locations in all of downtown. With a maximum capacity of 38 people, the rooftop is always busy in the warmer months. It is truly a perfect space for every occasion.

We do not take reservations for the rooftop, unless it is a full buy-out of the floor. Since the rooftop patio is open-air, we reserve the second floor as a contingency plan in the event of inclement weather. The food and beverage minimum for the rooftop is $2,000 per hour on weekday nights and $2,200 on weekends. For lunch, a rooftop buy out requires a food and beverage minimum of $1,000.
